Tissot – Sidéral New Old Stock – Men – 1970-1979

Very nice automatic Swiss watch Tissot sidereal New old Stock with its support and its original label. serial number 12195287 which allows to date it from 1970.
Perfect working condition and presentation. New, never worn.
The “sidereal” line was inaugurated in 1969 with the construction of a one-piece box in fiberglass “fiberglass” and Swedish steel. We find the name and signature of Lucien Gurtner, who again signs the design of the product. It is very avant-garde at the time which makes it modern today.
“Sideral” boxes are non-magnetic and “super-tight”. Cap and dial form a Faraday cage, which protects the movement from the influence of magnetic fields of up to 150 gauss.
