Movado – Moonphase – Unisex – 1990-1999

Hereby I am selling my Movado Moonphase quartz. All parts are original.

About the brand:

The company was founded by Achille Ditesheim in 1881 in the watch-making town of La Chaux-de-Fonds. Around 1905, he and his brothers came up with the name ‘Movado’ which means ‘always in motion’. The brand is known for pushing the watch industry forward, mainly in the field of design. It’s model ‘The Museum Watch’ designed by George Horwitt is still part of the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York due to its unique and simple design with a blank, dark, black dial with one big dot at the 12 o clock mark.

Condition:
The watch is in overall top condition. Quartz movement runs accordingly. Some scratches on the crystal are the only signs of age. These can be removed with polishing service.
