Guillermo Andrés Lorca García-Huidobro (Santiago de Chile, 14 de mars 1984). He is a Chilean painter, noted for his role in contemporary figurative painting. With a neo-baroque style, he combines classicism with a dreamlike imagery. His work is characterized by the representation of scenes that move between magic and realism. His large-format paintings, influenced by artists such as Rubens, Doré and Velázquez, explore the tension between childhood and the wild, beauty and danger. He possesses an amazing international career and a unique and distinct pictorial language. He has held important exhibitions, including The Asprey Exhibition à Londres, « Eternal Life » at the National Museum of Fine Arts in Chile and “Splendor of the night” at the MOCO Museum in Barcelona, Espagne.
