Made with 100% local raw materials, using two-row barley growing next to the Miyashita distillery and a 100-meter deep water well from the Asahikawa spring .Aged in a combination of three barrels: Sherry (Pedro Ximénez), Brandy, and Mizunara (a Japanese wood) . Gold Medal at the International Spirits Awards 2019 in Germany. Nose of ripe red fruits. Complex palate with notes of toasted wood, mild spices. Lovely finish with cocoa, vanilla, caramel.
