Auction House Leclere organizes, in parallel of the Avignon Motor Festival, the auction of his Department motorcars.
For three days, from 24 to 26 March will be exposed 150 lots distributed on three specific sets (motorbikes, competition cars and classic car), which the daily presentations will be led by the famous chronicler of formula 1, Claude JULIAN.
The sale, which is scheduled on March 26, will be divided into 3 sessions, under the hammers auctioneers Damien Leclere for cars and Delphine Orts for motorcycles.
Collection auction bikes
The first part of the session will be devoted to motorcycles of collection. Among this collection gathered by a Marseille fan for nearly 35 years, 18 mopeds and motorcycles dated from 1950 to 1980, having never driven. These two legendary wheels have escaped the ravages of time as kept protected from the weather. Among them, a rare Honda PF50 with 0 km of origin of 1967 (lot 8, estimate: 1000 / 1500).
Another coveted prize is the “Maico” trail 125 of 1968. This bike is unique in the world, was built by brothers Nougier for their engagement in competition. They will completely build with their hands 4 competition bikes with which they will get 4 world records and 6 titles of champions of France. That same day at 2 p.m., the auction will continue with competition cars. In top lot of this part of her auction is a Lola T70 MK333 of 1970 with a T73-135 chassis (Lola register). This car was used in the filming of the film ‘Le Mans’ in 1970. Restored after the movie, the car went to the USA before be bought by its current owner. The vehicle has been involved in many historical events (lot 80, estimate: € 350 000 / € 400,000)
Ferrari, Chevrolet, Porsche: do you want?
3 pm, auction house sales Leclere will be devoted to the sale of 76 lots which are automobiles of collection. Among them, collectors can bid for a Ferrari 330 GTC of 1966, with 103 17 chassis.
