No claim will be possible for these shipments with this deadline. 

Attention: In case of return, PayPal fees (if you purchased via PayPal) will be charged to your refund as well as shipping costs.

Returns policy

 14 days after receipt. You must notify us before by email. Buyer pays return shipping and PayPal fees. Reimbursement is made after verification of the lot on return to the seller's premises or to Auctionlab's premises. Fees may be charged to the refund depending on the condition of the item, its box or its original box.

The product arrives broken? 

You have 48 hours to let us know, otherwise the shipping costs will remain your responsibility if you want a refund.
